The first of many anthems to come that will empower and inspire you to stop checking off the wellness boxes. From now on, let’s stop doing wellness and choose to be well instead. This is evident in the ever growing list of products and services, too numerous to count, targeting our insecurities and perceived inadequacies. I wonder how wellness culture would change if we felt good in our bodies, loved the skin we were in, and truly felt beautiful, energetic, and creative.

- Checking off all those damn boxes is exhausting
- Dedicating hours to wellness is unrealistic.
- Food dogma takes away the joy of food.
- No pain, no gain fitness causes injury and fatigue.
